Just some quick test shots around Liverpool One, One Park West, Albert Dock and Museum of Liverpool Life, using various lenses on the Nikon D3X. This was shot using the 70-200mm VR, with 1.7 TC, so effective focal length 340mm.

For Sale on Ebay - my spare D3
I am selling one of my D3s as I have just acquired a D3X and sadly cannot justify keeping 3 bodies. This camera has been lovingly cared for in the 12 months I have owned it, and although used professionally, has never been dropped, mis-handled or abused in any way. When not being used, it lives in a hard Peli case, and has not been exposed to harsh environments, or allowed to get wet or dirty. It has mainly been used to shoot live events at Echo Arena Liverpool, which is the sort of work it is ideally suited for, producing superb results in some tricky lighting conditions - many examples of pictures produced by this fabulous camera can be viewed in the image galleries at Lightbox Photography.
The camera is unblemished, the only visible sign of use being some wear on the rubber underside where it has been attached to a monopod. It is in perfect working order, comes with updated firmware and custom Picture Controls from the Nikon web site, and is packaged in the original box, complete with all leads, charger, and Nikon Capture NX software which was bundled with the camera. I am also including a third-party spare battery. The sensor has never required wet cleaning, and has been kept dust-free by use of a hand blower only.

Everything you have read about the D3 is true, it is a fantastic camera which seems to work better the more difficult the situation.
